Friday, August 7
- The last day to make changes in Comerica Business Connect that will carry over to Fifth Third Direct. Any changes made after this date will need to be reentered after your transition.
Wednesday, August 19
- Your preview period begins. Log in to Fifth Third Direct to get set up and familiar with the platform.
Friday, September 4
- Access to your commercial payments services at Comerica ends.
Saturday, September 5 – Monday, September 7
- Online and mobile banking services will be unavailable. Treasury management and payment activity may be limited during this period.
Tuesday, September 8
- Your accounts and services are available on Fifth Third Direct. Your Comerica Treasury Management services are now Commercial Payment services at Fifth Third.
