Loan Management - Credit Portal
Fifth Third offers online access to up-to-date Commercial Loan account information via the Fifth Third Direct Credit Portal.
The Credit Portal, within the Account Management module of Fifth Third Direct, offers a clear, visual view of your organization’s loan hierarchy, making it easy to understand how accounts are connected. It also provides tools to help you manage your credit relationships, including self-service for payments and advances for some loan types.
Access to your Commercial Loan accounts will transition to Fifth Third Direct, effective September 8, 2026.
Please note: Changes made in Comerica Business Connect after August 7, 2026, will not be reflected in the transition to Fifth Third Direct and will need to be reentered during the preview period.
