Chris works with the RCA team to deliver the investment strategies, experiences, and services necessary to meet the long-term financial and lifestyle objectives of our clients. As a 23 year veteran of RCA, Chris has been a lead advisor and member of the investment strategy team for many of those years, and continues to introduce new families to the firm.

Chris lives in White Oak with his family.

Ted manages the investment research and portfolio management process for RCA and oversees the firm’s full suite of discretionary portfolios. He is also a member of Fifth Third’s Asset Allocation Committee. Ted has more than 27 years of experience in investment analysis, asset allocation, and manager research.

Linda works with RCA clients in the areas of estate, retirement, tax, savings and cash flow, and Social Security planning. She is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER professional and licensed attorney. As a Certified Exit Planner professional, Linda can assist business owners prepare to sell their businesses on their terms.

Linda lives in Liberty Township with her family.

Diane and her compliance team manage opportunities to improve processes, identify risks, and implement controls to mitigate risks. Previously, she was with Mainstream Investment Advisers and Providian Corporation, serving in Chief Compliance Officer and various financial and investment capacities. Diane has over 33 years of experience in the finance industry.

Diane lives in Louisville with her family, where she volunteers for her church.

Steve Dufek

Steve is responsible for ongoing maintenance of our client portfolios, investment performance calculations, and trading information. He maintains client portfolios by reviewing and rebalancing when needed. He has over 25 years of financial experience, primarily in brokerage operations and specializing in equity, option, and fixed income trading.

Steve lives in West Chester with his family and is a former hockey player.

Cheryl’s role is to provide daily administrative support to RCA financial advisors for existing and potential clients. She has operational duties linked to account maintenance, risk management, and marketing and client relations, including but not limited to, opening accounts, generating reports, meeting preparation/follow-up, and insurance support.

Arthur assists the RCA advisory team with the daily activities of client relationship management. Over his financial services career, which began in 1999, Arthur has served as a financial advisor, portfolio advisor, as well as a fixed income and equity trader. He also brings to RCA 17 years of business management experience. Arthur has participated in all aspects of professional private wealth management as well.
