Mike’s primary responsibilities are to direct the RCA team to deliver the investment strategies, experiences, and services necessary to meet the long-term financial and lifestyle objectives of our clients. Mike has contributed over 27 years in the financial services industry as both a trusted advisor and manager of multiple advisory teams.

Mike and his wife reside in Mason and have two adult children.

As the COO, Beth oversees the design, enhancement, implementation, reporting, and oversight of the firm’s entire advisory business. She plays a critical role in the future growth and development of RCA. She has over 25 years of experience in strategic planning, consulting, operations, technology, and audit working for RCA, Deloitte, Unilever, PwC, and other Fortune 150 companies.

Originally from New York, Beth lives with her family in Maineville.

Lionel manages the portfolio construction and investment research process, which includes economic and mutual fund manager research. He also chairs the RCA Investment Policy Committee. His team is driven by the complexities of the financial markets and global economy. They create and refine money management programs to help RCA client families retire successfully.

Lionel was born in France and lives with his family in Hyde Park.

He introduces new families to the firm and coordinates RCA’s client communication strategy. He leads the development of the firm’s ongoing investment strategy with the RCA advisors.

Diane and her compliance team manage opportunities to improve processes, identify risks, and implement controls to mitigate risks. Previously, she was with Mainstream Investment Advisers and Providian Corporation, serving in Chief Compliance Officer and various financial and investment capacities. Diane has over 33 years of experience in the finance industry.

Diane lives in Louisville with her family, where she volunteers for her church.

Steve is responsible for ongoing maintenance of our client portfolios, investment performance calculations, and trading information. He maintains client portfolios by reviewing and rebalancing when needed. He has over 25 years of financial experience, primarily in brokerage operations and specializing in equity, option, and fixed income trading.

Steve lives in West Chester with his family and is a former hockey player.

Paula oversees daily operations, technology and network systems, finance, and client services. She has 15 years’ experience in operations management and her team processes all back office accounting functions. This includes accounts payable and receivable, software maintenance, and all client related paperwork and communication coordination.

With over 30 years of experience in management support, Jemma works directly with the advisory staff and clients to schedule appointments, welcome clients and guests, provide notary services, and prepare client correspondence. She manages the day-to-day care of the RCA facilities, assists with Retirement University events, and supports the general operations and special project needs.
