Fifth Third Announces Dual Listing on NYSE Texas

CINCINNATI—(BUSINESS WIRE)—Fifth Third Bancorp (NYSE: FITB) today announced the dual listing of its common stock on NYSE Texas in Dallas. Fifth Third will maintain its primary listing on the New York Stock Exchange and will trade on NYSE Texas under the same "FITB" ticker symbol, effective August 27, 2026.

The dual listing reflects Fifth Third's long-term commitment to Texas and to the people building it. Over the next five years, Fifth Third will invest nearly $1 billion in the Texas economy, including 150 new financial centers opening across the state by 2029. Additionally, 106 existing Comerica financial centers in Texas will convert to the Fifth Third brand on September 8. Together, these investments will create a network of more than 250 locations in Texas and position Fifth Third among the top four banks by location share in Dallas, Houston and Austin.

This expansion is part of Fifth Third’s broader national growth strategy, which is expected to increase the Bank’s retail presence to approximately 1,750 locations by 2030 across 17 of the 20 fastest-growing large U.S. metropolitan areas.

Fifth Third opened its first Texas financial center in Frisco in April 2026 and announced in May 2026 that it will establish its Texas regional headquarters in Dallas.

"Texas attracts businesses, talent and investment at an extraordinary pace, and we want to be part of building what comes next here," said Brian Enzler, North Texas region president for Fifth Third. "Our dual listing on NYSE Texas reflects both our commitment to this market and our confidence in what’s ahead for the clients and communities we serve across North Texas."

"Texas’ entrepreneurial spirit and business-friendly environment continue to make the state a destination for growth and innovation," said Scott Silvas, South Texas region president for Fifth Third. "As we deepen our relationships with businesses and communities across the state’s central and southern regions, we're proud to support an exchange that highlights Texas’ growing role in the national economy."

"We are pleased to welcome Fifth Third to NYSE Texas," said Bryan Daniel, President of NYSE Texas. "Fifth Third's growing presence across the state and commitment to serving Texas businesses and communities make it a strong addition to our market."
