What You’ll Need to Open a Business Bank Account

- Valid Government-Issued ID
- For all individuals involved in opening the account/individuals who will access the account.
- Social Security Number (SSN) or Employer Identification Number (EIN) used for Tax Reporting
- Depending on your business structure.
- Business Formation Documents
- Such as Articles of Incorporation, Partnership Agreement, Certificate of Formation, or other legal documents that define your business’s structure and official name.
