Shining a Fifth Third Brighter at BLINK

BLINK is one of the nation’s largest light and art festivals—using the entire city of Cincinnati, Ohio as its canvas. The four-night, 30-city-block event inspires innovation and creativity through music, street art, projection mapping and light-based art installations.

Art can inspire, enlighten and strengthen the communities in which we live, work and play. For BLINK 2019, we partnered with Brave Berlin to create re:Fraction—a ground-breaking, immersive projection mapping experience.

As the festival returns this year, Fifth Third will once again transform Fountain Square—one of Cincinnati’s most recognizable landmarks—into a spectacular landscape of color, light and sound.

Inspired by Sustainability

Fifth Third is globally recognized for our environmental sustainability leadership in the financial services industry. In celebration of the endless possibilities of a future powered by clean energy, we’re excited to share another epic BLINK experience in 2022. Get ready for ElectriFi, featuring "The ARRAY."

An Interactive, Multi-sensory Experience

At ElectriFi, festivalgoers will encounter "The ARRAY"—a massive installation with a range of artistic elements symbolizing a thriving, futuristic, solar-powered ecosystem.

To co-design, plan and build this awesome display of imagery, light, sound, and sculpture, Fifth Third teamed up with B!G ART, a Calgary-based interactive public art collective.

Reducing BLINK's Carbon Footprint

In support of our sustainability objectives, Fifth Third will offset emissions from BLINK lighting installations using a carbon reduction project from an Ohio-based company and renewable energy certificates (RECs) from the Bank's 2019 solar power purchase agreement project.
