Three Colorado Banks Sign with Fifth Third Processing Solutions

Three Colorado-based banks have chosen Fifth Third Processing Solutions for electronic fund transfer services.

  • The Bank of Denver has signed with Fifth Third for services including, ATM driving, debit and gift card processing and identity theft protection. The company has five branch locations, three ATMs and over $185 million in assets, and completed its conversion to Fifth Third’s platform on May 7.
  • First National Bank of Hugo - Limon has signed with Fifth Third for ATM and debit card services and identity theft protection. Established in 1903, the organization has $58 million in assets and two branch locations and ATMs. The bank completed its conversion to Fifth Third’s platform on June 4.
  • Canon National Bank has over $205 million in assets and serves its customers with eight branch locations, including its main office in Canon City. Canon National Bank has signed with Fifth Third Processing Solutions for ATM driving, debit and gift card processing, identity theft protection and converted to Fifth Third’s platform in July.

“These banks are members of the Independent Bankers of Colorado, an organization that has recommended Fifth Third’s processing tools and services to its over 101 member banks since 2000,” said Angela L. Brown, senior vice president and general manager of Financial Institution Services, Fifth Third Processing Solutions. ”We appreciate our preferred vendor relationship with IBC and are excited to extend our support to these three banks.”

Brown adds that by signing with Fifth Third, the Bank of Denver, First National Bank of Hugo-Limon and Canon National Bank can leverage their relationship with the Independent Bankers of Colorado to join the Surcharge Free ATM Network – allowing their customers to use nearly 80 ATMs free of charge across the state of Colorado.
