The Alerts section of the Service Center allows you to set up notifications to keep you informed about information and activity concerning your accounts.
- Automatic Alerts which are sent to you to communicate important changes or notifications
- Account Alerts that you can customize for each of your accounts
- Mobile Settings that let you set your time zone and delay or suspend your alerts
- Delivery Options to enroll your mobile phone or sign up for text alerts or text banking
For your security, automatic alerts are set up so that Fifth Third Bank can communicate with you securely if there are important changes or notifications.
Alerts are automatically sent to your primary email address.
For some alerts, you can select the Edit link to add additional delivery options.
Select the Add Alert link to set up your alerts. Once you create an alert, use the Add Alert link to create additional alerts. After creating your alerts, you can edit, delete or use the on/off buttons to stop and start an alert.
