The S&P 500 index broke a three-week downdraft as well. The S&P 500 Index was up 2.7% for the week. The Nasdaq Composite closed the week up 4.2% and the Dow Jones Industrial Average was up 0.7% for the week. U.S. Treasury yields were mixed last week with the 10-year U.S. Treasury note ending the week up four basis points to 4.66% and the 2-year U.S. Treasury note ending the week unchanged at 4.99%.
