Social Sharing Terms & Conditions

By accepting these Terms and Conditions, you agree that any content associated with the designated social media post (the "Post") may be used by Fifth Third Bank, National Association and/or its subsidiaries or affiliates ("Fifth Third"). You also understand and agree that:

(a)   Your Post may become viewable to the public on various social media websites, on Fifth Third’s website, or elsewhere, and that you’re giving Fifth Third Bank permission to use your Post forever, and in any medium.

(b)  Your name and/or handle, username, and user photo may and most likely will be published along with the Post, if Fifth Third publishes it.

(c)   You will receive no payment for allowing Fifth Third to share your Post, or for anything related to your Post.

(d)  Fifth Third may choose not to share your Post, even if you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

(e)   Your Post does not infringe upon the rights of any third party.

You also agree to indemnify and hold Fifth Third harmless for any claims, damages, losses, and causes of action arising because of your Post, or your violation or claimed violation of any law or third-party rights.

Finally, you agree that all issues and questions concerning these Terms and Conditions, or the rights and obligations of you and Fifth Third Bank, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio, without giving effect to any conflict of law rules which could cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Ohio.
