Operations Leadership Program

The Operations Leadership Program (OLP) is designed to provide challenging work experiences in a production and process-driven environment. The OLP provides comprehensive on-the-job training supplemented by a leadership curriculum that focuses on leadership development, business acumen, team-building and presentation skills to help prepare you for a successful career. The focus of the OLP is to develop people leader, project management and process improvement skills.

The OLP internship is a 10-week summer experience in one area within Operations. It provides an opportunity to work on a project or process improvement that is aligned with our strategic initiatives and supports our overarching goal of optimizing every customer interaction.
