Operations Leadership Program

The Operations Leadership Program (OLP) is designed to provide challenging work experiences in a production and process-driven environment. The OLP provides comprehensive on-the-job training supplemented by formal coursework in technology, banking business, Six Sigma, leadership, and team-building skills to help prepare you for a successful career. The OLP focus is to learn to manage people, projects, and processes.
